1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and the operators of the 88fd3 platform ("88fd3", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://88fd3.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of the 88fd3 website, all associated content, features, tools, games, betting markets, promotional offers and any services made available through the platform.

2 Definitions

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, names, device identities or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending transactions.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 88fd3 and the Operator accept no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.3 KYC & Verification

The Operator may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including during registration, before your first withdrawal, or when triggered by AML compliance checks. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identity document and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

5 Terms of Use

Your use of the 88fd3 Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

6 Deposits & Payments

Deposits are processed in accordance with the Operator's current payment policies. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

7 Withdrawals

All bonuses, promotional offers and loyalty programme rewards are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before withdrawal is permitted. Illustrative example: a 10x rollover on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 50,000 must be wagered on eligible markets before withdrawal (actual requirements are promotion-specific).

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88fd3 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, data compilations, software and design elements — is the intellectual property of 88fd3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 88fd3.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88fd3 and its operators, affiliates, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

14 Termination & Suspension

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or prohibited conduct as described in Section 11.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by a recognised responsible gambling body or regulatory authority.
• Determination that the User is accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

Upon account termination, any genuine account balance (i.e., deposits not subject to active bonus restrictions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method, net of any applicable adjustments, subject to successful identity verification.

15 Amendments

88fd3 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a platform notification or email to registered Users. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
